Why Restoration Fitness?

Our simple lifestyle approach addresses everything from nutrition to exercise, and accountability to coaching to ensure you achieve the best results possible from your program.
What are the workouts like?
At Restoration Fitness we combine all the benefits of personalized workouts in a FUN inviting, and non-judgmental small group-training environment. Here you will find 1-6 people of varying ages, fitness levels, and abilities working out together with a member of our training team. Every session exercises are personalized to meet each client's goals, needs, and limitations.
There are two styles of workouts we feature with-in our program.
Each workout is 45 minutes.
Strength and Sculpt: In these sessions we work with our clients on building strength and improving muscle tone using a variety of training tools including dumbbells, kettle bells, elastic bands, balls, weight machines, barbells, free weights, and more. Depending on a clients goals these workouts may also include flexibility and balance training.
Fat Smack Down: These workouts are designed to improve stamina, endurance, and maximize the number of calories (and fat) you burn during the session, and up to 48 hours after the workout. In this session our clients perform a unique combination of interval training using cardio machines and body weight / high repetition, or timed exercises in a circuit style format.
My schedule is super busy! I'm not sure I can fit this in. How many training times do you have, and how do I schedule?
We understand scheduling is a huge obstacle to getting started. That’s why we offer 58 training options per week starting as early as 5:30am and as late as 6:45pm. All of our clients schedule their sessions using our app.
At Restoration Fitness you’re always in control your schedule. You can book a session any day or time that works best for you. If you've booked a session, but need to change it, no worries you may cancel or reschedule your session from our app as well.
What type of clients do you work with?
We work with clients at different ages and stages of life - busy professionals, retirees, moms, dads, empty-nesters, grandparents, students, athletes, weekend warriors, people with various health concerns and goals- essentially people just like you!
Our clients are both men and women who range in age between 30-75. Many people come to us with previous injury or limitations.
Some have no exercise experience, while others have worked out for years and want to be challenged more than they could do themselves.
In all cases our clients care about their bodies and want to learn how to exercise properly using good form, and get the most for the time they have.
Our client’s goals generally include weight loss, reducing body fat, building strength and endurance, improving muscle tone and function, and increasing energy.
