These hidden gremlins tend to cause a lot of problems for many  people. Your hormones are the key to solving a plethora of issues when it comes to losing weight.

Long-term hormone dysfunction will prevent you from achieving any sort of fat loss. Therefore, it's critical that you understand the functions of specific hormones so that you aren't wasting your TIME and $$$ busting your butt with minimal results.

Or worse, doing permanent damage with ill-conceived crash diets and poorly designed programs (that may not have been designed for YOU) that is difficult and sometimes impossible to reverse.

Ask yourself: do you ever feel tired, sore, fatigued, exhausted, irritated and hungry even though you haven't done a thing all day?

If you feel any of this you might suffer from the following:

Low Testosterone

Testosterone is the most important hormone that aids in muscle synthesis. This means that it supports your efforts of attaining more lean muscle and a lower percentage of body fat.

When you have low testosterone, things start falling apart. It becomes much harder to lose fat, and nearly impossible to put on muscle. Your strength levels drop. Sex drive, motivation, and general feelings of well-being plummet.

If your testosterone is even slightly below the normal range, nearly every physiological process in your body will be affected.

Decreased Growth Hormone

When you have healthy levels of growth hormone pumping through your system, it allows you to utilize protein more efficiently, resulting in more lean muscle growth. Your quality of sleep and ability to recover and heal improves as well.

On the other hand, LOW levels of growth hormone can be pretty disastrous. When growth hormone production slows down, so does everything else—especially with regard to recovery.

You’ll be more injury prone, and it’ll take longer to bounce back from even the most minor damage; your immunity will be compromised and you’re more likely to get sick. Even your sleep will be less restful.

Suppressed Leptin

Leptin, also known as the anti-starvation hormone, is a “master hormone” which controls the production of other hormones that regulate metabolism. Put bluntly, leptin is the primary hormone responsible for how much fat you can lose.

The higher your leptin levels are, the faster you can lose fat. Likewise, the lower they are, the harder it becomes to drop weight.

If you’re dieting incorrectly—using “crash diets” or simply eating too little—leptin levels will plummet. You’ll lose a bit of fat AT FIRST... but then your progress will stop dead.

The key to losing the last 10 pounds and getting the body you want is keeping your leptin levels stable.

You need to eat the right amounts—calories low enough to allow for weight loss, but not so low you compromise leptin. This is a delicate balance, and it’s one of the primary reasons the 42-day fat loss blueprint works so effectively.

Insulin Resistance

This hormone locks the door on fat loss. Eating too many highly processed carbohydrate foods will flip this switch. Insulin is a storage hormone. And when your body is producing more of it than it should you will be stuck in “sugar burning mode”. You won’t be able to burn fat no matter how much you exercise.

To become a “body fat burner” you must gain control over your insulin levels. The combination of foods we include in this program will help you do that with-in the first week. 

High Cortisol

Cortisol is referred to as the "stress hormone". It is produced in your adrenal glands to help you manage stress. It aids in handling the physical, mental, and emotional stresses you face every single day.

And who doesn’t have those, right?

The problem is when stress levels are high, cortisol production and secretion are high as well. That eats away muscle and as a result, you have a much greater chance of storing fat in your problem areas.


You've tried everything. Bootcamp, CrossFit, Barre, Pilates, Workout videos, more cardio, less cardio and yet nothing seems to work.

We understand. It’s sad to say, but we hear this all the time, and we want you to know it's not your fault. The amount of misinformation and confusion makes it very difficult for someone to stay consistent and actually find something that works.

Cardiovascular exercise can help you burn fat, but you must choose your intensity wisely. Short burst high intensity cardio (a.k.a. HIIT) has proven time and again to be the most effective fat burning cardio exercise.

One caveat...this isn’t a one size fits all, but works very well for most people. In some case’s intensity needs to be less to achieve fat loss.

But that’s where we come in.

Second point – your cardio efforts must be supplemented with resistance training (lifting weights). If you don’t your muscle will look flat, plus you cannot effectively initiate the fat loss process. 

Most people underestimate the power of weight training. Especially women. Muscle is your calorie burning furnace. A pound of muscle burns approximately 35-50 calories a day.

In contrast, a pound of body fat burns 5 calories. The more muscle you have the more you burn even while at rest.

Therefore, a combination of properly monitored resistance and cardio training is the most effective way to rapidly burn body fat. That's what our small group personal training program will do for you.

But you must get the nutrition part right too. You’ll never outrun a fork!
